Activities
Senior Luncheon
May’s senior luncheon, held in Jason Lee Hall, on Friday, May 11, beginning at 12:30pm, will offer a tater-tot casserole meal. Learn from an expert how to plant your summer garden in limited space. Make your reservation by calling the church office, 360-693-5881, by Wednesday, May 9.
Quilting Fellowship
In 2011, over 100 baby quilts were blessed for our “Babies at Risk” program. These quilts were distributed all over Clark County. Now it’s time to begin anew making more quilts. On the fourth Wednesday of each month, we get together to make quilt kits that can be taken home and sewn. Everyone is welcome to come and help cut and assemble the kits. As the year progresses, we will also have finished quilts that need to be tied. We meet in Room 8/9 from 9:30am-noon. Join us for this time of fun, fellowship and service!
Stitch Sisters
Join us for an evening of handwork in hidden Chapel on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. Knit, purl, crochet or stitch on your favorite project or one of our service projects. Need expert advice, patterns, or even beginner instruction? We are happy to help you learn a new needle-art. Stitch Sisters make baby hats, prayer shawls and many other projects.
