Spiritual Formation Groups
“How might I better learn to connect my spiritual beliefs with my life?” Spiritual Formation groups are created to provide a means to discuss and explore your faith with others. Typically, these groups form long term relationships. Meetings are held every other week at various locations (usually homes), times, and days of the week. Five new groups are forming. Why not share your spiritual journey with a friend?

Leader: Kay Richardson
Curriculum: Proverbs, with discussion using the Serendipity Bible
This multi-generational group of women meet in members’ homes every other Monday evening for thought-provoking discussion of Proverbs. This group invites new members to join them!
Wednesday Morning Group – 6:45-8:00am (This group is full)
Leader: Mary Lookingbill
Curriculum: Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom
Want to be part of spiritual formation but can’t find the time? Join with others who will put this important group at the beginning of their day.
Thursday Night Group – 6:30pm (This group is full)
Leaders: Eleanor and Larry Sefton
Curriculum: “Learning from Jesus” by Lynda Graybeal
First book of a four-part series in spiritual formation. To Christians, Jesus is many things: the Son of God, the pivotal figure in whom we put our trust and who speaks on our behalf, a companion in the life of faith. But Jesus is also an incredible example of how to lead a faithful life. From his interactions with those around him to his revolutionary wisdom found in the Gospels, Jesus is a teacher who has the power to instruct us today and transform our character.
