SUMMER PROJECTS at Vancouver First
- Follow Vancouver First's Minister of Care, Becki and her family on their mission trip to Kenya at www.dustofafrica.blogspot.com. They depart in July for a month of work in the Kiberia slums with street orphans. You can follow the day to day adventures and outreach by clicking on the link to The Dust of Africa Blog.
- Team DRIP has a project scheduled for August 7 at The Inn at the Orchards family shelter. Tom and Terry Hurley will lead this paint project for Share Inc.
- School Supply collection for Washington School, Discovery Middle School and Open House Ministry begins in July. Eleanor Sefton is coordinating this project.
- Garden Exchange is a good place to bring the abundance from the gardens. Share with others and for a small donation take what you need. Heifer Project benefits from your garden.
