Walking for Wellness and Fun
Take a stroll through the local neighborhood this spring!
Walking for Wellness takes walkers on six neighborhood walks in the downtown area. Walks will focus on quieting our mind and strengthening our body. This is not a group for power walkers.
The group will meet on Monday, April 16 to May 21, from 6:15 to 7:00 pm. Please come in comfortable walking shoes. The first meeting will meet at Vancouver First on the south lawn.
