Thoughts from Pastor Eilidh

I have learned so much over the past few weeks of visiting with church folks. Sheila and I both lived in Salem! I got to watch a man galivant across a roof with Allison and Syd. I have tried all sorts of great Vancouver restaurants and gotten to find out about Bev's talent as a painter. I love doing these first year visits with folks in the congregation because you all are amazing, interesting people and Sunday mornings or after bible study is just not enough time. These visits help me to make connections when something arises. Thank you for taking the time to meet with me. On this day, we support the United Methodist Committee on Relief—better known as UMCOR—the disaster response and humanitarian relief agency of our church.
