Our first book of the year is Searching for Sunday by Rachel Held Evans
Rachel is the author of the book "Inspired" that we read last year and very much enjoyed her open, honest writing style. In "Searching for Sunday", Rachel shares her personal journey through the concerns, frustrations, and hopes that led her to leave the church of her youth and then eventually find the path back into a faith community. Her story gives us much to consider regarding our own relationship to 'church'.
